Diana Jean Cappen

Diana J. Cappen, 85 of Nederland died Sunday, May 1,2022 at Harbor Hospice Hospital in Beaumont. She was raised in Vidor and was a longtime resident of Nederland. Diana was a member of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and was a hairdresser for 20+ years. She had a green thumb and was a rock hound. Diana was also a seamstress. Visitation will be held from 5:00 - 7:00 pm Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will begin at 10:00 am Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow at Williamson Cemetery in Vidor. Diana was preceded in death by her son Mark Sidney Cappen and daughter Deena Bernice Cappen. She is survived by her husband of 22 years Norman Stewart of Nederland, TX, children Aleta Kay Cappen of Vidor, TX, Alfred Wayne Cappen and his wife Linda of Nederland, TX, sister Dolores Ikner of Vidor, TX, brother Roy Bobo of Okeechobee, FL, 4 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, and 4 great great grandchildren.
