Dixie Ann Langston

Dixie Ann Langston, 79, of Vidor, passed away Friday, January 2, 2026, at her home.

She was a longtime resident of Vidor. Dixie loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She loved gardening, sewing, and spoiling her grandchildren, making her special “NANA” bread.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Graveside services with interment will be at Restlawn Memorial Park.

Dixie is survived by her son Frankie Langston II and wife Katie of Vidor; daughter Brenda Ramsey and husband Scott of Vidor; and daughter Tina Myrick and husband William of Vidor, seven grandchildren Rebecca LeBlanc, Rachel Brown, Sarah Fleming and husband Dave, Wyatt Langston, Cole Langston, Parker Langston, Justin Myrick and 5 great grandchildren; siblings, Carl "Bo" Jenkins, Willie Jenkins and wife Rachel, Cindy Lambright, and Becky Herline and husband Neil, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. 

Dixie is preceded in death by her loving husband of 53 years, Frankie Langston I; her parents, sister Velda Fowle, and daughter Loretta Johnson and husband Joe.
