Dorlis Dollie Courtney

Dorlis "Dollie" Courtney, 86, of Vidor, died Sunday, May 8th, 2022 at her home. She was a longtime resident of Vidor and longtime member of Eastgate United Pentecostal Church in Vidor. She loved sewing, crocheting, and crafts in general. She also loved gardening, especially flowers, and spending time with family. She also took in foster children when she was younger. Dollie's services will be Wednesday, May 11, 2022 with visitation beginning at 1:00 PM and her funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. She is survived by her children Fara Rollins of Vidor, TX, Robert and wife Melissa Courtney of Vidor, TX, and Joseph and wife Marinda Courtney of Tomball, TX, sister Donna Holliman of Beaumont, TX, 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Dollie was preceded in death by her husband Frank D. Courtney, brother Doye Smith, and sister Dorothy Dempsey.
