Wayne Crawford

Wayne Crawford, 78, of Vidor, TX, went home to be with the Lord on July 31st, 2024. Wayne was a loving husband and father, a minister, pipefitter, police officer, and a true patriarch to “his village”. Known for his kindness and compassion, Wayne was a guiding hand for anyone struggling to find their way. 

His legacy is carried on by; his beloved wife of 47 years, Pat Crawford; his son Kent Crawford and wife Jennifer and their children, Landon, and Olivia; his son Jason Crawford and daughters Mattison and Skyler and their mother Tannis; his son Cody Crawford and wife Tatiana, and their daughters, Isabel and Coralie, his niece Stacy Peace (who was more like a daughter) and husband Neal and her daughter Ashlyn; and a host of cousins, nieces, family, and friends he considered family. 

Visitation will take place on Friday August 2nd from 6-8pm at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with his celebration of life on Saturday August 3rd at 10am at the same location, graveside to follow.
