Ester Maxine Fowler

Maxine Fowler, 79, of Vidor died Tuesday, August 30, 2011 at Baptist Hospital of Southeast Texas in Beaumont. A native of Galloway, TX, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Maxine was a homemaker and a member of Eastgate United Pentecostal Church in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Friday, September 2, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at 3:00 pm at Adams Cemetery in Carthage, TX. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Thursday, September 1, 2011 at Memorial Funeral Home. Maxine is survived by her sons Jerry Fowler and Thomas Fowler, daughters Brenda Dyche, Martha Boone and Renea Fowler all of Vidor, TX, brother James “Buddy” Homer of Kansas, sisters Ovale Davis, Olene Broddus, Linnie Price and Ruth Bailey all of Carthage, TX, 5 grandchildren.
