Eujennie Ardis

Eujennie Ardis, 79, of Vidor died Saturday, February 17, 2007 at her residence. A native of Wolfden, TX., she has lived in Vidor for 76 years and was a retired self-employed bait camp owner for 10 years. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 20, 2007 at New Covenant Full Gospel Church in Rose City, with burial to follow at Williamson Cemetery in Vidor. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, February 19, 2007 at New Covenant Full Gospel Church all under the direction of Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. She was preceded in death by her husbands Elray Johnson, Sr., and Thomas O. Ardis. She is survived by her sons Elray Johnson, Jr., of Buna, and David L. Johnson of Vidor, daughters Peggy Peevey, and Cassie Deromie both of Vidor, Barbara Eubanks of Lucedale, MS., Linda K. Groves, and April R. Farmer both of Vidor, nineteen grandchildren, and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
