Georgia Maurine Smith

Maurine Smith, 87, of Vidor died Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at her residence. A native of Brookeland, TX, she was a lifelong resident of Vidor. Maurine was a member of Vidor Church of Christ and she was an animal lover. Maurine loved all children and would give anybody a helping hand. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Friday, July 28, 2017 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, July 29, 2017 at Memorial Funeral Home with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Maurine is survived by her husband of 67 years Woodrow W. Smith of Vidor, TX, son Larry Smith Cedar Park, TX, daughter Lenora Holst of Vidor, TX, 17 grandchildren and 17 great grandchildren.
