Ila Frances Tibbits

Ila Frances Tibbits, 81, of Vidor, was born December 11, 1939 in Jacksonville, Texas; she died January 17, 2021 after a brief struggle with Covid which resulted in Covid pneumonia. She is preceded in death by her husband John Archie Tibbits and her mother and father Clarence Dell James and Ura Mae Richardson Chadwick. She is survived by her son Douglas Tibbits of McCloud, OK, formerly from Vidor, TX, daughter Paula Moore of Searcy, AR, formerly from Vidor, TX, brother Coy James of Dallas, TX, daughter in law Susan K. Tibbits, son in law Harold Moore, grandchildren Brandon and wife Rachel Tibbits, Kailey Tibbits, Katie and husband Jonny Royal, Austin and wife Haylynn Moore, Abby Moore and fiancé Carson McNeill, great grandchildren Ryden, Brantley, and Maisyn. Frances was a faithful member of the Vidor Church of Christ. She loved to go fishing with her husband and spending time with her children and grandchildren. She was a good Christian woman and will be missed by many.
Funeral Services for Frances will be held Saturday, January 23, 2021 at Vidor Church of Christ with a visitation beginning at 12:30 pm and the funeral service at 2:00 pm with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor.
