Jackie Yellott

Jackie Glen Yellott, 66, of Vidor died Wednesday November 20, 2002 at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont, Texas. A native of DeQuincy, LA he lived in Vidor for the past 55 years. He was a retired heavy equipment operator for the local #450 and a member of Victory Baptist Church. Mr. Yellott served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and was the past master of masonic lodge #1420 in Pine Forest, he was also a 32 degree Scottish Rite. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday November 22, 2002 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation was held Thursday November 21, 2002 at the funeral home. He is survived by his wife of 47 years Patricia Yellott of Vidor, TX., son: Alan “Eleno” Yellott and wife Mary of Vidor, TX., daughters: Theresa Herring and her husband Rocky of Vidor, TX., Rebecca Yellott of Austin, TX., Kimberly Roark and her husband Tex of Vidor, TX., granddaughters: Jacquelyn Baumgardner of Austin, TX., Roshanna Herring is in the U.S. Navy in Norfolk, VA., grandsons: Tex and Derek Roark of Vidor, TX., Alan “Chico” Yellott of Vidor, TX.
