James "Shorty" Paul Segura

Shorty Segura, 83 of Vidor died Saturday, November 27th, 2021 at Baptist Hospitals of South East Texas in Beaumont. A native of Galveston, TX, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Shorty was a member of Central Baptist Church in Vidor and was a retired truck driver. He enjoyed fishing, westerns movies and watching wrestling on tv. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm Saturday, December 11, 2021 at Central Baptist Church in Vidor. Shorty is survived by his wife of 9 years Patricia Segura of Vidor, TX, children Stacy Lee of Texas City, TX, Donald Cogswell of Vidor, TX, Paul Segura of Orange, TX, Tiffiny Maurer of Vidor, TX, Beth Resha of Orange, TX, Lisa Coutee of Vidor, TX, Charles Mizell of Vidor, TX, brother Larry Segura of Fort Bolivar, TX, sister Ferylyn Segura of Texas City, TX, numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
