Janet Lou Larza

Janet Lou Larza, affectionately known as Grammy, passed away on August 4, 2024, at the age of 77, in Beaumont, Texas. Born on May 7, 1947, in Windsor, Missouri, she was a proud alumna of Windsor High School, class of ‘65. 

Janet is survived by her loving husband, John Larza, brother-in law, Carl Fowler, and her children, Tim Schreck, Shannon DeVillier, Robin Schreck, Christy Dearbonne, and Miranda Wiegand, as well as John Larza Jr. She was a cherished aunt to Carla Hamilton, Darla Hamilton, Brian Fowler, and Angela Jordan. She was a treasured grandmother to Johnny Schreck, Kellie Saylor, Kira DeVillier, Jacob Vogel, Shelby McBride, Jase Larza, Sawyer Dearbonne, Tanner Wiegand, Tarren Wiegand, Clara Schreck, Sarah Schreck, and Timmy Schreck, and a great-grandmother to Jake Watson, Lucy Saylor, Sutton McBride and Josiah Vogel. Janet was preceded in death by her mother, Mildred Maude Wells, her father, William Oren Wells, and her sister, Betty Fowler. 

The family will be receiving friends and relatives at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, Texas.
