Jeanette Foster Armitage, 83, died November 5, 2002 at her residence in Vidor. A native of Des Moines, Iowa she lived in Vidor for the past 20 years and was a housemother at Lamar University. Memorial Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday November 22, 2002 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. She is Survived by her sons: Stephen Armitage of Tarporley, England and Mark Armitage of Leamington Spa, England, daughter: Erica Upton of Winnipeg, MB Canada, 4 grandchildren.
