Jerry Tine Smith

Jerry Tine Smith, 67, of Vidor, died Friday, July 1, 2022 at his home. He was a longtime resident of Vidor. He was the minister at Serenity Oaks Ministry in Vidor and was heavily involved in his church. He enjoyed woodworking and working with tools in general in his spare time. He also enjoyed fishing and loved collecting and shooting guns. He deeply loved working with his ministry. Spending time with family meant the world to him. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. There will be funeral service held 2:00 PM, Sunday, July 3rd, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with Interment to follow at "The Cemetery" in Orange, TX. Jerry is Survived by his wife Sandy Smith of Vidor, TX, his children, Crystal Fountain of Buna, TX and Jeremy Smith of Buna, TX, his step daughter Glynda Manuel of Crystal Beach, TX, his siblings Letha Wright of Lufkin, TX, Betty Swain of Pitkin, LA, Carolyn Guillory of Beaumont, TX, Sonny Smith of Mauriceville, TX, and Michael Smith of Tulsa, OK, as well as 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Sheila Marie Smith, step son Larry Darren Hyde, step father Roy WIlliams, mother Willie Lorene Williams and father Audry Guy Smith.
