Johnny Robert Thornton

Johnny Robert Thornton, 77, of Vidor, TX, passed away on Wednesday, July 31st, 2024, at Vidor Health and Rehab.

Born in Beaumont, TX, Johnny was a lifelong resident of Vidor. He was a devoted member of the Church of Christ and took great pride in maintaining his yard. Johnny cherished spending time with his family.

Johnny is survived by his brother, Vernon Thornton of Mesquite, NV; his sister, Neva Reid of Vidor, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph and Mary Thornton.
