He is survived by his wife Melba Barnard; sons, Rickey Barnard and wife Kaye of Port Neches, Kenneth Barnard and wife Judy of LaBelle; daughter, Pam Barnes and husband Clinton of Vidor; brother, Bill Barnard of Beaumont; sister, Hazel Lynn White of Vidor; 11 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
