Kristy Lynn Johnson, 50, of Orange, Texas died on Tuesday, May 2nd, 2023 at HCA Houston Kingwood in Kingwood, TX. She was born on January 9, 1973 in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

She loved spending time with her grandbabies, crafting, and going to Hard Rock Cafe.

Cremation Arrangements are entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor and the family will have a service Friday, May 5, 2023 at 4:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor.

She is survived by her husband Rodney McGowan, mother Jody Wise, children JJ Johnson, Shelby Parker, Stephen Wolfe Jr., Ericka Ebarb, Kevin McGowan, and Tony McGowan, sisters Shelly Carpenter and B. J. Roberts, brother Jeremy Harvill, and 7 grandchildren.
