Lawson Pelly

Lawson Anthony Pelly Sr., 82, of Vidor, died Thursday, July 13th, 2023 at his home. He was a longtime resident of Vidor. He worked 30 years at Equitable Bag Company in Orange, TX. He loved watching his soap operas in his free time. Cremation arrangements are entrusted with Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. He is survived by his loving wife of 42 years Ellen Pelly, children Stacy Rector and husband Mike of Bridge City, Texas and Anthony Pelly of Vidor, Texas, grandchildren Preston Rector and Emilee Pendley, and several Nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter Rebecca Pendley, brother Dallas Pelly, sisters Della Mott and Nina Prejean.
