Lois Lucille Galaviz

Lois Lucille Galaviz, age 83, passed away on Friday, April 21st, 2023 at her home in Vidor, Texas. She was a longtime resident of Vidor and was known as a beloved homemaker. Lois was a kind-hearted woman who enjoyed cooking, traveling, and feeding everyone. She had a passion for music and loved people, especially children. Her family was very important to her and she was known as "Maw Maw" to so many.

Lois is survived by her three daughters, Pam Day of Vidor, TX, Cyndi Proctor and husband Barry of Willow Park, TX, and Christy Seals and husband Darryl of Vidor, TX. She also leaves behind special family members Victoria Bravo, Monica Beaumont, Karma Working, Bentley Working, and Ryder Working, as well as her brother Van Croft of Vidor, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband Nestor Galaviz, brothers: Jerry Croft, Robert Croft, Boyd Croft, Tony Croft, and Ronnie Croft, as well as one sister Flora Mae Townsend.

Lois will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 28, 2023, at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor at 2:00 PM, with interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor.
