Marcus Ike Isenhower

Marcus “Ike” Isenhower, 82, of Vidor died Thursday, September 21, 2006 at Oakwood Manor Nursing Home. A native of Springfield, IL, he was a longtime resident of Vidor. Ike was retired from the sales department of Sears and was a member of First United Methodist Church of Vidor. He served his country in the U.S. Army during WW II and was a member of VFW post# 8246 in Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, September 24, 2006 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, with burial to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Visitation will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. Saturday, September 23, 2006 at Memorial Funeral Home. Ike is survived by his wife Yuba “Doots” Isenhower of Vidor, TX, son: Richard Isenhower of Vidor, TX, daughter: Cheryl Myers of Beaumont, TX, and 6 grandchildren.
