Margie Nell Williams, 87, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. Born on December 28, 1937, Margie lived a life filled with devotion to her family, kindness to others, and unwavering strength.
Margie was a loving mother, sister, grandmother, and friend. She is survived by her son, Ronnie Williams; her sister, Frances Price and husband Kenny; and her grandchildren—Regina Rives and husband Chris, Stephanie Abshire and husband Donny, and Ron Williams. Her legacy continues through her six great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren, who brought her endless joy.
She also leaves behind her niece, Marcy Bellanger, and husband Todd; her nephew, Brent Price, and wife Kelly; and a cherished great-niece and four great-nephews who will remember her with love and affection.
Margie was preceded in death by her parents, Hoyt and Wilma Smith; her brother, James Smith; her son, Steve Williams; and her grandson, Stevie Williams.
Margie was known for her strong work ethic and dedication. She worked for over 40 years at the Pig Stand on College Street in Beaumont, where she became a familiar and friendly face to generations of customers and coworkers alike. Her warm personality and steady presence left a lasting impression on all who knew her.
Margie will be remembered for her feisty spirit, her warm smile, and the strength and grace with which she faced life’s challenges. Her family takes comfort in knowing she is now reunited with those she loved and missed dearly. Margie will forever be remembered.
