Mary Louise Cozart Kelly

Mary Louise Cozart Kelly, 82, passed away on Friday, September 5, 2025. A longtime resident of Vidor, she had recently made her home in Arkansas. She was a devoted member of The Strawberry Church of Christ in Strawberry, AR, and her faith was an important part of her life.

Mary enjoyed camping and being outdoors, finding peace in nature. She loved cooking and sharing meals with those around her. In her younger years, she was an avid bowler, and throughout her life she had a special love for her cats.

She is survived by her children: Delbert and Victoria Cozart of Vidor, TX; Ronald and Cathy Cozart of Vidor, TX; Sabrina Kelly of Vidor, TX; Charlene Williams of Vidor, TX; Jacky Kelly of Vidor, TX; Linda Anderson and husband Gary of Desert Hot Springs, CA; Theron Kelly of San Antonio, TX; and David Kelly and wife Marsha of Cave City, AR. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren with one on the way, and 4 great-great-grandchildren.

Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas William Kelly; her daughter, Glenda Yvonne; and her grandson, Christopher Kelly.

She will be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose kindness and devotion touched the lives of all who knew her.
