Norine Patricia Bunner

Norine P. Bunner, 82, of Vidor passed away March 1, 2023 at Silsbee Oaks Rehabilitation facility in Silsbee, Texas. She lived in the Orange County area for approximately 50 years. Norine was an active member of First United Methodist Church, Vidor and for as long as her health allowed helped with care packages at Christmas, and anyone that needed help. She also volunteered at the Christian Care Center when possible. Norine loved to be outdoors working in the yard, going to the beach, and going to Casino's. She also loved to watch her grandchildren play sports. Norine was a long time employee at Steinhagen Oil where she had many friends. She never put herself first, she always thrived on helping others. Despite the challenges that happened in her life, Norine continued to smile and laugh and have a positive impact on the lives of her family, friends, coworkers, neighbors, and those that helped take care of her the past 7 years at various nursing home facilities. Norine is survived by sons; Victor; Ronnie and wife Maria; and Chuck and wife Christina; grandchildren; Brandon, V.J., Ashley, Alyssa, Bobby, Dakota, Jennifer, Katherine, Ashtin, Paige, Ryan; and numerous great-grandchildren She was preceded in death by her parents, siblings, son;Alan; and daughter; Gail. Cremation has been entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor, Texas. A memorial service will be held Friday, March 10, 2023 at 3:30 pm at Rose City Baptist Church, Rose City, Texas.
