Ronald Gene Ladd

Ronald Gene Ladd, 86, of Vidor, died Sunday, December 18th, 2022 at his home. He was a longtime resident of Vidor. He was a member of Pine Forest Baptist in Vidor. Ronald served his country with the U.S. Marine Corp as a Sergeant. He loved fishing, especially at his lake house at Toledo Bend and hunting. He was an avid coin collector and loved spending time with his family. Services for Ronald will take place Thursday, December 22, 2022 with a visitation beginning at 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 PM at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor with interment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. He is survived by his children: Marlene Grissom of Kountze, TX, Randy and wife Sherry Ladd of Kirbyville, TX, Rhonda Sikes of Vidor, TX, and Renee and husband Kyle Bryant of Vidor, TX, brother Cyrus Ladd of Beaumont, TX, 5 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years Betty Ladd, and brothers Boyd Ladd and JD Ladd.
