Ruby Lee Hinch

Ruby Lee Hinch, 81, of Vidor, passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2025, at Oakwood Nursing Home in Vidor. A native of Orangefield, Texas, Ruby was a longtime resident of Vidor and a devoted member of Vidor Church of Christ. She worked for 10 years as a cafeteria worker for Vidor ISD before dedicating herself to being a homemaker. Ruby loved cooking, spending time with her family, and was an avid and faithful church member.

She is survived by her children, Tina Higgins and husband Mike of Vidor, TX; Robert Hinch and wife Kim of Vidor, TX; Darin Hinch and wife Karen of Vidor, TX; and Mark Hinch and wife Courtney of Mauriceville, TX; as well as her 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and sister, Reberta Vayon of Orangefield, TX. Ruby was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Daniel Lee Hinch.
