Thelma Sue Kendall

Thelma S. Kendall, 79 of Vidor died Sunday, November 13th, 2022 at Harbor Hospice House in Beaumont. She was born in Alexandria, LA, she was a longtime resident of Vidor. Thelma was retired from Gulf States Utilities and was a faithful and active member of Pine Forest Baptist Church in Vidor for over 25 years. She took care of the Angel Tree and the Food Pantry at Pine Forest Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing cards and doing arts and crafts, especially at Christmas time. Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm Wednesday, November 16, 2022 at Memorial Funeral Home of Vidor. Funeral services will be held at 10 am Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Pine Forest Baptist Church with entombment to follow at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Thelma is survived by her sons Charles Kendall and his wife Tamas, Derek Kendall and his wife Brandy, granddaughter Emily Elizabeth Kendall, 8 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Floyd Kendall, son James Stanley Kendall, J.S. and Evelyn Mott, brother Jack Mott and Sister Joann Mott.
