William "Billy" Russell Leblanc

Billy R. LeBlanc, 74 of Lake Charles died Wednesday, April 27th, 2022 at Harbor Hospice Hospital in Lake Charles, LA. Billy was a longtime resident of Vidor before moving to Lake Charles after Hurricane Harvey. He enjoyed playing the guitar, fishing, going to the beach and loved animals. He served his country in the U.S. Navy. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, May 2, 2022 at Restlawn Memorial Park in Vidor. Billy is survived by his son Joe LeBlanc and his wife Stephanie of Vidor, TX, daughter Brandi Gotreaux and her husband Dustin of Lake Charles, LA, 7 grandchildren Abigail LeBlanc, Jessica Byrd, Hayden, Hunter, and Grace Gotreaux, Stephen Gandy, Madelyn Combs, 2 great granddaughters Elenor LeBlanc and Charlotte Combs, and many nieces and nephews.
